Ugra - The Swiss Center of Compentence for the Media and Printing Technology – is well known for its efforts in standardization and quality control.
Ugra provides digital control tools for the analysis and certification of soft-proofing displays. These control tools have been developed to evaluate the quality of the display. “This new tool for the evaluation of any computer display give users much more security when using the display for proofing” stated Ulrich Schmitt, Head of the Department of Quality Management at Fogra.
We use Ugra control tools to check the accuracy of our displays. The software can output a PDF showing the results of the tests:
