This is the website of Idea Digital Imaging Ltd.

Terms & Conditions

All prices shown or quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling and do not include VAT.

All of our quoted prices are based on normal 24 hour turnaround and 30 days credit. Prices do not include delivery, call us to discuss delivery charges. All services have a £25.00 minimum charge unless stated otherwise. Rush work may incur a 50% surcharge.

All work produced by Idea Digital Imaging Ltd and all materials supplied by Idea Digital Imaging Ltd remain the property of Idea Digital Imaging Ltd until the relevant invoices are paid in full. We operate an archiving service for our own data and may store client files for £1.00 per 1Mb per year. We do not guarantee to store any client material unless requested in writing.

Estimates given by Idea Digital Imaging Ltd either in writing or verbally are provisional. Idea Digital Imaging Ltd will seek the authority of the Client for any substantial divergence from the estimate.

All work carried out at the Clients request, whether experimental or otherwise, will be charged. Any request to Idea Digital Imaging Ltd for Work whether oral or in writing made by a representative or representatives of a working group shall constitute an order to Idea Digital Imaging Ltd. Unless expressly instructed by the Client in writing Idea Digital Imaging Ltd will accept instructions from any representative of the Client or working group whether or not the instructions are given with the authority of the Client.

Idea Digital Imaging Ltd has the right to (a) carry out extra work, being ancillary to work commissioned by the Client as may seem reasonable to Idea Digital Imaging Ltd and (b) to sub-contract as Idea sees fit.

Whilst Idea Digital Imaging Ltd endeavours to maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and service it is not liable for (a) any delay in the completion of the work whether or not a fixed date and time for the completion was specified and (b) for any indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by the Client howsoever caused.

Standing material owned by Idea Digital Imaging Ltd shall remain its exclusive property and will not be released to the Client or his agents. Duplicate copies of Standing Material can be prepared at the Clients request and a charge will be made for this service.

Privacy Policy

Idea Digital Imaging Ltd is dedicated to the fundamentals of protecting your privacy on the internet.

We do not collect personal information on visitors to our site, we do not use any data from the site for commercial transactions, nor do we use any electronic web cookies to retrieve information about visitors to our site. We only collect information about which pages viewers access or visit. This information is analysed to measure number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed, contacts made, etc, etc. Idea Digital Imaging Ltd uses this information to improve the viewer experience and usage of the site and it's contents. It is not shared with external organisations for commercial or non commercial use and is strictly for internal review use only.

Idea Digital Imaging Ltd takes all reasonably neccesary precautions to keep all information obtained from website visitors as secure as possible and prevent unauthorised use and access to this information.

Idea Digital Imaging Ltd's website contains a growing number of links to other sites, and will continue to make every effort to ensure these websites share our own high standards and respect for privacy, although it should be noted that we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of third party websites.
